i. objective

The RPP (Red Storm Plug-In Petition) was created for and by Rainbow Six/Rogue Spear (R6/RS) community members so as to accurately represent the public interest to the Red Storm management for the release of the proprietary developer tools related to the creation of new maps and character geometries in R6/RS, including but not limited to the plug-ins used with 3d Studio MAX.

ii. use of plug-ins

The RPP's purpose is to request the public release of the developer tools for map and character creation. These tools would be used "as-is" and Red Storm would not be required to provide support or documentation. The tools would be used by the R6/RS community to create third party maps or characters for the R6/RS series. No other use, fraudalent or otherwise, would be condoned.
